WIM’s mission is to support, promote and inspire women in manufacturing careers and the organization accomplishes this through the delivery of powerful, effective and proven resources to women in industry and the companies that employ them.
At Women In Manufacturing’s Education Foundation (WIMEF), we are working to close the gender gap, increase the number of women in leadership roles, and inspire the next generation of women in manufacturing. Our mission is to build a skilled, diverse, and resilient manufacturing workforce where women achieve, lead, and succeed.
We provide women with valuable connections, access to career pathways, and best-in-class programming at all stages of their manufacturing careers. Each year, more than 375 women graduate from our leadership development programs, more than 6,000 women participate in our monthly virtual learning series, and 700 job seekers participate in our bi-annual virtual career fair.
