
Leadership Institute for Women in STEM and Manufacturing is an executive education program focused on issues pertinent to women leaders working in male-dominated fields. The 3-month program is offered in partnership with Case Western Reserve University where participants learn from world-class professors and coaches, participate in ESCI 360 evaluation, build strong relationships with peers, and develop core executive leadership skills. This is a hybrid program with virtual engagement as well as an in-person workshop in Cleveland, Ohio.
Since its launch in 2016, the program has graduated more than 100 outstanding women who have advanced in their roles and have added great leadership value to their organizations.

- Session 1: Virtual Program - March 25 & 26 (12:30 - 4:30 ET)
- Session 2: Virtual Program - May 6 & 7 (12:30 - 4:30 ET)
- Session 3: In-Person Residency - June 15 to June 18 (Location: Cleveland, OH)
Enrollment:
- $8,500 for non-WIM Members
- $6,500 for active WIM Members
Investment Includes:
- Virtual interactive sessions
- In-person residency including breakfast, lunch, snacks, refreshments, parking, and welcome dinner
- All class materials, books, and articles
- Optional evening/dinner activities
- One-on-one coaching sessions
